Our complimentary shuttle service is available for departures during the following window:

  • Drop-off Times: 5:00am-10:00am
  • Cost: free

To use the shuttle service, please note:

  • Booking: Secure your seat by booking your drop-off time at reception upon arrival. Transfers are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Departure: Shuttles depart hourly on the hour. Please be at reception 10 minutes before your scheduled time to return your key and load your luggage.
  • Punctuality: To maintain our schedule for all guests, the shuttle will depart promptly. If you miss your shuttle, you may take the next available one (subject to space) or will need to arrange alternative transport.

To ensure the highest standards of safety for our guests and staff, we will be adjusting our shuttle service schedule effective 1 January 2026.

  • Airport Drop-Off: We will continue to offer a drop-off service from 5:00am to 10:00am.
  • Pick-Up Service Discontinued: Please note that airport pick-up service will be discontinued as of this date.

For existing reservations: All reservations made before 31 December 2025 will be honoured according to the original shuttle schedule.
